Ballerina Peach Rose’ Sangria

½ cup peach liqueur
750 ml Rosé wine
1 cup peach juice
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
3 white peaches, sliced
1 cup sliced strawberries


First, create the simple syrup by adding the sugar and water to a saucepan andheating on medium-high. The moment the sugar dissolves, remove the mixture fromheat.

Next, stir together the peach liqueur, the Rosé wine, the peach juice, the 1/3 cups ofthe created sugar in a large pitcher. Stir well, adjusting the level of sweetness with any of the remaining syrup.

Next, add the peaches and the strawberries to the mixture, and stir, before allowingit to chill for about three hours.

Serve this sangria over ice, and enjoy!
